No Portfolios

The first time the portfolio function is entered the ‘No portfolios’ page will be displayed. At this point you can create a new portfolio, or import a portfolio.

If you click on ‘Create portfolio +’ The new portfolio page is displayed so you can add a new portfolio.

Create New Portfolio

Enter in a unique name for your new portfolio, then click on the down arrow next to the ‘Currency’ and select the currency from the list of currencies displayed. Once selected click the ‘Ok’ button

In the ‘Notes’ section put any notes that are relevant to this portfolio and press the ‘Save’ button to save this portfolio. Pressing ‘cancel’ will close the new portfolio tile without saving.

Once saved the portfolio selection tile is displayed showing all the portfolios currently in existence. If there is currently no portfolio selected click on the portfolio you want to work on to bring it’s details up.

Repeat this process for each portfolio you’d like to create

No Portfolio Selected

Once you have selected a portfolio the ‘Portfolio Selected’ tile will be displayed and you can start adding trades to the portfolio. Initially in a new portfolio there will be no trades and the ‘No Trades’ tile is shown

To add a trade to the currently selected portfolio click the ‘Add trade’ button which will bring up the ‘New trade’ tile.

New Trade

Under the ‘Code’ prompt type the code for the stock for which you want to add the trade. As you are typing all stocks that match what you have entered so far will be displayed and you can either select from that list or keep typing. When your stock code has been entered press ‘Enter’

Enter the to move onto the date field. Click on the calendar icon on the right hand side to bring up the calendar. Today’s date is displayed as the default. Select the date the trade was completed and press ‘Enter’

Next enter the number of shares (Quantity), any comments and finally the brokerage cost.

Press the ‘Save’ button when done and the trade will be added to the portfolio
